Generous Donations for Vegetarian Food Truck Roll In

Soulgood_Food_Truck_1We want to say thank you to The Otis and Rosie Brown Foundation’s Extraordinary Is Campaign, Lincoln S., Donnell P., Diane P., Tiffany S. and Donna T. for their generous gifts to #Soulgood’s #crowdfunding campaign in honor of the late, Tyler Nelson. We appreciate the love and support of our quest to change the world one plate at a time. Thank you to friends Tracy Barnes and Shevora Barrow who have referred co-workers and friends to order healthy food delivery service from us. It’s an honor to serve healthy, organic, and meatless goodies to the people of Dallas/Fort Worth.

Thank you to Terri S., Christina Davenport and Cori Barnes Smrcina for your kindness and help with this project. We cannot wait to get rolling thanks to all of you! You can donate here by clicking on this link to help us raise $5,000 additional dollars. www.bit.ly/SoulgoodTruck

Celebrate Life

Soulgood Food TruckSoulgood Vegetarian to Go was founded in 2012 by Chef Cynthia in honor of her son, Tyler Nelson, who was born with Cystic Fibrosis. In 2010, her son needed a life saving double organ transplant. Chef Cynthia felt helpless and one day she began researching the benefits of whole foods, meatless diets, herbs and nutrition. She began to discover ways healthy foods could help her son and how a whole food diet could align with the medical treatments he was receiving to help sustain a better quality of life. We believe food can be thy medicine and our organic vegan and vegetarian recipes contain the best local ingredients money can by. We are proud to announce the launch of a new Soulgood Vegan and Vegetarian Fast Food truck in honor of Tyler who won his battle with Cystic Fibrosis on July 23, 2015. You can help us achieve this dream. Click here to give a gift to help Soulgood build their new vegan and vegetarian fast food truck this summer.

Come See Us Saturday at the 2015 Dirty Scurry

dirty_scurry_2015

Come out to see us at this year’s #DirtyScurry in Fort Worth Saturday 4/25/2015 from 9am – 11:00am. We’ll be serving some of our tasty organic breakfast, lunch and beverage favorites. Yep, you can try our famous #organic oatmeal and our Jalleluja Veggie Tacos. We are hoping to meet some Soulstirring kiddies from the community who are interested in eating healthier while at the same time supporting Cook Children’s (sports rehab, childhood obesity and child life program). We’re thrilled to participate this year and look forward to a muddy good time. #eatwell
